Privacy Policy

1. About this policy

This policy explains what information Heirloom, operated by The Everything Enclave LLC ("Heirloom", "we", "us"), collects when you use https://heirloomreels.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to create and deliver your tribute and to contact you about it.

2. Information we collect

When you place an order, you give us:

  • The photos you upload (and any photos family members add through your invite link).
  • The details you provide about the person being honoured — their name, dates, and any closing message.
  • Your email address, so we can send you your tribute and updates about your order.

We also receive basic technical information that every website receives, such as your browser type and approximate region, which helps us keep the service secure and working. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Your card details are entered directly with Stripe and are never seen or stored by us — we receive only a confirmation that payment succeeded and the information needed to manage your order.

4. How we use your information

We use your information only to:

  • Create, produce, and deliver your tribute video.
  • Send you order updates and your finished tribute, and respond when you contact us.
  • Keep the service secure and prevent misuse.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your photos for advertising, and we do not use them to train machine-learning models.

5. Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run Heirloom — currently Stripe (payments) and our email provider (order and delivery emails) — and only to the extent they need it to perform those functions. We may also disclose information if the law requires it. We do not otherwise share your photos or details with anyone.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your order's files for as long as needed to produce and deliver your tribute. Your private delivery link expires after a period of time (currently 30 days), so please save your video once it is ready. You can ask us to delete your order's files at any time and we will do so, except where we are required to keep limited records (for example, a basic record of a transaction).

7. Your choices

You can ask us to access or delete the information associated with your order by emailing [email protected]. Because we keep only what is tied to your order, this is usually a simple request to honour.

8. Children

Heirloom is intended for adults arranging a tribute. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page, with the effective date shown above.
