Heirloom

Terms of Service

Effective July 6, 2026

1. About these terms

Heirloom is a memorial tribute video service operated by The Everything Enclave LLC ("Heirloom", "we", "us"). These Terms of Service govern your use of https://heirloomreels.com and the videos we create for you. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. The service

You provide photos and a few details about the person being honoured, and we arrange them into a tribute video set to music, typically delivered within a few hours. We aim to create something dignified and beautiful, but the arrangement, pacing, and creative choices are made by our software and are provided on a best-effort basis.

3. Your photos and details

You keep all ownership of the photos and text you upload. By uploading them, you confirm that you have the right to use them and to have us include them in a tribute video, and you grant us a limited licence to store and process them only to create and deliver your tribute.

You are responsible for the content you provide. You agree not to upload anything unlawful, or anything that is hateful, harassing, or infringes someone else's rights. We may decline or remove content that breaches this, and we screen submitted text for this purpose.

We do not claim ownership of your photos, and we do not use them to train models or for advertising. You may ask us to delete your order's files.

4. Music and adding your own

The videos we produce use only music that is in the public domain, openly licensed, or otherwise cleared for this use. We do not add third-party copyrighted songs to the videos we deliver.

For your convenience we also provide a music-free copy of your video so that you may, if you wish, add your own song to your personal copy using your own tools. Any music you add is your responsibility: you must have the right to use that music, and you agree to use it only for your own private, personal, non-commercial keepsake. Heirloom is not a party to, and takes no responsibility for, music you add yourself.

5. Pricing, payment, and refunds

Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars and are charged through our payment processor, Stripe. Payment is due before we begin producing your tribute.

Because each tribute is custom-made, we handle refund requests case by case. If something has gone wrong with your order, contact us and we will make it right — with a revision or a refund where appropriate.

6. Delivery and your licence to use it

We deliver your finished tribute as a downloadable video through a private link. That link may expire after a period of time, so please save your video once it is ready.

You may use, share, and keep your tribute video for personal and memorial purposes — including showing it at a service and sharing it with family and friends. You may not resell it or use it for commercial purposes.

7. Availability and disclaimers

We work hard to deliver quickly and reliably, but we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, uninterrupted availability, or that the result will meet every expectation. The service and the videos are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Everything Enclave LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

9. Privacy

We collect only what we need to create and deliver your tribute and to contact you about it. We do not sell your personal information. If you would like your order's data removed, contact us.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order, and the current version is always posted on this page.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of Heirloom, are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you agree to that jurisdiction.

12. Contact
